Jessica Mullett

Program Director – After-School Program

Jessica Mullett serves as the Program Director for the After-School Program at Mad Rock Martial Arts & Fitness. She is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a strong passion for supporting children’s development in a safe, structured, and positive environment.

Jessica is currently set to graduate this March from her Level 2 Early Childhood Education program, having already achieved her Level 1 certification. She brings both formal training and practical experience to her leadership role, with a background working in daycare and childcare settings that emphasize age-appropriate learning, routine, and positive social development.

In addition to her professional experience, Jessica is actively involved in youth mentorship within the community. She volunteers as a youth leader with her church and assists with Sunday school programs, helping guide children through positive values, teamwork, and personal growth.

As a parent of two children, ages 12 and 13, Jessica brings firsthand insight into the needs of families and school-aged children. Her children are also active members of Mad Rock Martial Arts, serving as Junior Leaders at the dojo, both holding the Grey Belt. This connection has strengthened Jessica’s appreciation for structured programs that promote discipline, leadership, respect, and confidence.

As Program Director, Jessica is committed to providing a welcoming and well-organized after-school environment that balances structured activities, homework support, physical activity, and social development. She is known for her caring leadership style, strong organizational skills, and genuine dedication to helping children thrive both academically and personally.

Jessica works closely with families and staff to ensure the After-School Program reflects the values of safety, accountability, and positive youth development that Mad Rock Martial Arts & Fitness is known for.
